Job Description:
As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for managing the domestic and international delivery of CPR (Cost Per Registration), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and CPI (Cost Per Install) campaigns. Your role will involve:
- Managing end-to-end communication with publishers and overseeing complete campaign management, monitoring, and planning.
- Sourcing and managing affiliates to ensure advertising KPIs are met and publisher expectations are fulfilled.
- Developing and maintaining strong personal relationships with top affiliates in various online markets.
- Strategizing and running affiliate promotions and monitoring their success.
- Providing instant responses to affiliate inquiries and addressing tracking issues and concerns.
- Coordinating with the client servicing and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Generating monthly, weekly, or fortnightly reports on campaign performance.
- Driving substantial revenue through CPR, CPA, and CPI campaigns.
- Dealing directly with publishers to promote CPR, CPA, and CPI campaigns while thoroughly understanding their operational modes.
What We Expect You to Have:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in CPA, CPR, or CPI delivery within the affiliate marketing industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and team members.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Quick response to affiliate inquiries and issues with a proactive approach.
- Self-Motivation: A self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving assigned tasks.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes and explore new opportunities in the industry.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure proper information sharing with the cross-functional team and affiliates.
