ABOUT THE ROLE
Demand and Supply Specialist is responsible for ensuring product availability according to Sales forecasting, and inventory planning to ensure adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demand and maximize sales potential. Design and implement Demand & Supply processes that support Healthcare's strategy. They are developing, and implementing Demand and Supply plans and leading the project team to execute project deliverables to achieve GHO performance goals.

Ensure demand forecasts and the sales plan with the Business Unit, Controlling, and global Supply Network Operations (SNO)
Take account of the results in terms of sales
Control of the deviations in demand planning and supply bottlenecks
They are developing standard operation procedures for Demand & Supply related topics.
Be proactive to ensure business decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure inventory holdings are cost-effective and process-efficient.
Directs and coordinates with global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction
Participate in all GDP trainings according to the training matrix defined
Key user for ERP system
Business continuity planning
Support all business plan activities enables the organization to manage a crisis event as well as meet compliance
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
High attention to detail, specifically in a numerical sense, to identify errors/gaps quickly
Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal, communication, and language skills
Demonstrated customer/supply-centric behaviors and experience, knowledge of Good Distribution Practices an advantage
Demonstrated experience supporting and driving team results
Able to communicate with English
APICS CPIM Part I is certified, SCORE, CSCP training modules certified is a plus
