Join Our Team as a Dentist at OneSmile Aligners!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the dental industry OneSmile Aligners is seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist at OneSmile, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive treatment plan support to our orthodontist and general dentist partners, as well as their clinic staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding and training OneSmile Partners.

Role Purpose:

Clinical Customer Support:

• Review and ensure the accuracy of new case submissions from OneSmile Partners.
• Monitor the OneSmile portal for Treatment Plan Ready cases and collaborate with Sales and customers to facilitate case conversion.
• Supervise the OneSmile Nurse Team with scanning requirements and ensure accurate recording of customer details.
• Manage the OneSmile DentalMonitoring Concierge function, including proactive customer contact and account setup.
• Develop clinical materials for training OneSmile Partner doctors and teams.

Training & Education:

• Develop a Clinical Library of journals, articles, and whitepapers to enhance the skills of our team and our partner doctors.
• Plan webinar series and on-site training sessions together with Clinical Manager.
• Collaborate with PDGI (Indonesian Dental Association) to provide credit-certified training for doctors.
• Prepare OneSmile training presentation materials and ongoing training modules.
• Facilitate training case submissions to the OneSmile Portal.

Sales Support:

• Schedule 1:1 meetings with doctor partners to address inquiries about OneSmile products and patient case submissions.
• Present the OneSmile Solution in new customer meetings.

Role Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Doctor of general dental from a reputable university.
• Good knowledge of clear aligners, preferably experience in handling clear aligners treatment.
• Active Registration Certificate of Dentist (STR).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with hands in small spaces.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• Good presentation skills.
