Overview

We are looking for hands-on, proactive Desk Collection (Recovery) who are enthusiastic about making a difference in an ever-growing organization. This role will report to the Collections Team Leader. Ongoing training and on the job coaching is provided.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Responsible for collection from customers for the non-performing loan portfolio under management via telephone
• Performing duties for all debtor billing result
• Updating all debtor billing results through daily reports
• Following up on debtors who have under perform on non-performing loan
• Working in a team and individual contributor
• Make activity report and regularly report to Team Leader

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience from banking, multi-finance or fintech companies.
• Experiences in skip trace are a plus.
• Familiar with collection strategies and creative in negotiating repayment terms and methods.
• Have good interpersonal skills and good teamwork.
• Able to speak persuasively and listen critically.
• Willing to work under pressure.
