Responsibilities
Manage a team of desk collection professionals, offering guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve collection policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Monitor and analyze collection data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance results.
Ensure all collection activities adhere strictly to company policies and legal standards.
Provide management with regular, detailed reports on collection performance and key metrics.
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
Manage delinquent accounts, negotiating payment plans with customers to secure timely payments.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in desk collection, preferably within the finance industry.
In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
Proven leadership and management abilities, with a track record of driving team success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collection management software.
