This role is responsible for executing and optimizing all paid campaigns across Google platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Ads, Display Ads, Discovery (Demand Gen), YouTube Video, and App Install Ads. The main goal is to drive user growth and increase customer acquisition through these paid channels, with a focus on Google Ads.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, App Install, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for Firebase for conversion tracking and performance insights.
Have experience running Meta ads or other social ads is a plus.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and improving customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, performance optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and optimization.
Able to work individually with minimal supervision, while able to follow directions and eager to be collaborative.
Familiarity with app analytics or have experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to optimize mobile attribution is a plus
Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage, as it aligns with industry-specific app user behaviors and marketing strategies.
