About Ajarin Desain

Ajarin Desain is an educational community for children and teenagers to learn Digital Art and Design skills. Our community encourages mutual learning and teaching among all participants. We offer a variety of bootcamps, such as Comic, Animation, Roblox, Character Design, and Application Design. Each bootcamp aims to guide students to complete a project within 4-8 months, tailored to their own learning pace. The student who delivers the most impressive project will have the opportunity to become a tutor assistant in the future.

Working As A Tutor at Ajarin Desain

This is a part-time position to be a tutor/facilitator for our various digital art courses, which utilize various applications and platforms such as; Blender, Figma, Wixsite, Krita, Wickeditor, Aggie.io, etc. The Tutor will be responsible for teaching groups of 5-10 students per class. The rate for this position is set at IDR 100,000 per hour.

Basic Requirements:

• A university degree, either in progress or completed, in any discipline (with a preference for Art, Design, or related fields)
• Previous experience in online or offline teaching is required
• Proficient in using various digital art applications and platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner and adaptable to new situations
• Creative and proactive
• Humble and having a growth mindset
• Fluency in English is an advantage
