We are seeking for a creative and experienced Digital Content Designer to join our team at BSS Parking. As a Digital Content Designer, you will be responsible for designing and managing engaging and relevant digital content for social media platforms and other digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that the brand communication strategy is effectively translated into various forms of visual and textual content that resonate with the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Create visually impactful digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with our brand guidelines and engage our target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytics, to design cohesive and effective creatives that support our digital paid media campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in content quality and innovation.
- Optimize digital content across various platforms to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts that align with project performance goals.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on digital content design and social media management.
- Proven track record as a Digital Content Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital design projects.
- A performance-driven mindset with experience in creating and optimizing performance-based ads.
- Proficiency in industry-standard image design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Experience in designing content for multiple digital channels, including social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience in creating and managing paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads.
- Strong writing skills to create engaging and communicative copy.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Creative, innovative, and able to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Candidate must resides in Makassar City.
