As VP, Project Head - Consumer Lending Business, you will oversee and drive the process of our consumer lending product with primary responsibilities here.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business & Strategic Alliances:
Develop and drive high-value partnerships and alliances that enhance the consumer lending portfolio.
Identify and execute strategic initiatives, such as cross-sell opportunities, insurance, and other complementary products to increase fee income.
Align potential partner value propositions with the company's business roadmap.
Lead initiatives to create demand, including opportunity sizing, diverse lead generation, and developing outbound and inbound campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Executive Management and departmental leadership to align business objectives and ensure seamless goal execution.
Facilitate strong partnerships and collaboration between key vendors, service providers, and internal cross-functional teams for effective project implementation.
2. Project Management & Execution:
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines based on product requirements and business objectives.
Develop detailed, comprehensive project plans that align with expected deliverables and adjust for changes in scope, schedule, and costs as necessary.
Apply industry-leading practices, local regulations, and best-in-class project management techniques throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance and analyze results to ensure the successful achievement of both short-term and long-term project goals.
Use data-driven tools and techniques to measure project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
Ensure seamless operational handover and smooth project execution post-launch.
Maintain strong relationship management through close collaboration with channel partners and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues during project integration and implementation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
1015 years of proven experience in NBFCs, Fintech, or Banking Services, with a strong focus on consumer lending.
Minimum of 45 years of experience in the lending or fintech space within Indonesia.
Demonstrated success in leveraging technology, data analytics, and digital solutions to grow business portfolios and achieve strategic objectives.

Expertise in partnership ecosystems, understanding how to unlock value in various stages.
Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong communication and relationship management skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
