Responsibilities:- Develop market strategies by conducting thorough research on high-potential prospects.
Identify and explore new sales opportunities and channels to attract and onboard new clients.- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and relevant third parties.
Build and maintain trustful relationships with the target audience, ensuring continuous communication and follow-up.
- Drive demand generation efforts leveraging social networks and proactive outreach to potential customers.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.- Lead the negotiation process, present proposals, and successfully close deals with potential and existing clients.
Ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) post-deal closure.
- Provide support to the CSM during the onboarding phase to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist the managing director in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the company's expansion plan.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Competence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining productivity and focus.
