We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team of three, ensuring they meet or exceed collective monthly sales targets of IDR 1.5 billion.
  • Personally achieve monthly sales contributions of IDR 600 million through effective business development and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and a combination of online and face-to-face meetings.
  • Develop strategic sales plans focused on customer insights, relationship building, and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute digital marketing solutions that align with clients needs and business goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progression, and results to senior management.
  • Ensure accuracy in data collection, contract handling, and efficient progression through internal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing a team.
  • Proven success in achieving personal and team sales targets in a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
