Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in East Jakarta for a Digital Marketing and Administration position at PT. Hashimawira Bersaudara. The role involves tasks related to social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. Other than those main tasks, there is also additional task in handling administration which related to other office administration in order the develop multi-tasking ability of the person who will be in charge for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Identify target audiences and develop customer personas.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, blog).
Optimize content for search engines (SEO).
Manage and schedule content publishing.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with followers.
Monitor social media channels for trends, interactions, and engagement.
Respond to comments and messages, fostering community engagement.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
Segment email lists and personalize messaging.
Track email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on search engines (e.g., Google Ads).
Optimize ad campaigns for better performance.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Website Optimization:
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Optimize website content and structure for better user experience and search engine ranking.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
