We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a hands-on approach to managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with ad management tools (not just in a supervisory role) and a strong background in campaign optimization. This position requires a leader with proven people management skills, who can effectively manage both their own campaigns and lead a team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their expertise by providing a portfolio of successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of digital ad campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting, with a focus on campaign performance.
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to achieve team goals.
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to maximize client ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored marketing solutions and implement strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Take responsibility for end-to-end campaign management, including monitoring, optimizing, and delivering results aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage in regular client communication to manage expectations, deliver reports, and recommend actionable insights for campaign improvements.
  • Lead campaign performance reviews and provide recommendations to enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in ad management and campaign optimization.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Proven ability to optimize and drive successful digital marketing campaigns, with a portfolio demonstrating past campaign successes.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
