Jobdesc :- Plan, organize, coordinate, control and evaluate all Salesmen activities under his responsibility
Carry out all tasks according to the systems and provedures established by the Company to acvhieve he Company's targets- Communicate and coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Team in determining strategies to acvhieve maximum sales results

Have at leat 1 year experience as a Supervisior (having experience in Springbed / Furniture is preffered)- Likes challenges, leadership, discipline, honesty, and has a high work commitment
Able to carry out market data analysis, good communication and interpersonal skills
