Requirements :
Bachelors degree (S1) in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relation
Passionate about strategizing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns
Have minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in running social media and managing websites; experience in an IT company is preferred
Social media savvy and able to operate search engine analytics, ads, and digital marketing optimization tools such as Ahrefs, Google Ads platform, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.
Having a good understanding of UI/UX for websites is a plus
Strong analytical thinking skills
Job Description:
Conceptualize and lead the execution of digital campaigns and strategies that align with the companys goals by analyzing KPI across social media, websites, and SEM, while conducting keyword research using SEO, and staying updated with digital trends to develop digital projects aligned with these trends and the companys objectives. Additionally, collaborate with the Corporate Communication team to create content and editorial plans, and work with website vendors to optimize website performance as needed
