THE ROLE
Here at Career.io, we are looking for an experienced Digital PR Manager to join our rapidly growing, dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a new outreach team and supervising the entire digital PR / outreach process. This role involves both hands-on and managerial responsibilities, requiring significant experience in Digital PR. Your goal will be to guide our team to ensure effective strategies and successful campaigns, contributing to the overall improvement of our online presence.
This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.
The Key Responsibilities
- Set up a new outreach team
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of Digital PR Specialists
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to improve our online presence across different markets
- Support the creation and execution of digital PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Create roadmaps and timelines for project deliverables
- Participate in brainstorms and come up with creative ideas for different campaigns
- Work across teams:
- With the Content teams to ensure there is an alignment on the content strategy
- With the SEO team to improve website ranking and visibility
- Supervise the development of outreach email templates to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Use tools like Ahrefs, GSC, and others to measure the impact of outreach efforts
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data and industry trends
THE MUST-HAVES
- 3-5 years of experience in link building, and digital PR
- Previous experience in leading and managing teams as well as successful digital PR campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven track record in leading and managing outreach teams and successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital PR best practices
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Proficiency in multiple languages can be an advantage for international outreach
