Job Description

Job descriptions:

  • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing ongoing support and consultation about new products and services through digital channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Presenting Luxehouze's products through various digital channels, including websites, social media accounts, email newsletters, etc
  • Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking customer data, such as clickthrough rates and conversion rates
  • Providing service through our digital platforms to buyers by answering inquiries about our products and services
  • Identifying new markets and potential customer groups that could benefit from Luxehouze's products and services

Requirements:


  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a sales or a relevant role in luxury watch business is a big plus
  • Upstanding knowledge related to luxury brands products information, especially luxury watches and bags
  • Familiarity with digital tools to respond online inquiries, such as website, email, and social media
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
