Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing ongoing support and consultation about new products and services through digital channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
Presenting Luxehouze's products through various digital channels, including websites, social media accounts, email newsletters, etc
Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking customer data, such as clickthrough rates and conversion rates
Providing service through our digital platforms to buyers by answering inquiries about our products and services
Identifying new markets and potential customer groups that could benefit from Luxehouze's products and services
Requirements:
1 - 3 years of experience as a sales or a relevant role in luxury watch business is a big plus
Upstanding knowledge related to luxury brands products information, especially luxury watches and bags
Familiarity with digital tools to respond online inquiries, such as website, email, and social media
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
