We are seeking a dynamic Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on driving the digital strategy for our medical and healthcare products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Create compelling content tailored for healthcare professionals and patients (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve website ranking.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Develop and manage a funnel for digital lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, website traffic).
Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior to refine marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on new digital marketing tools and healthcare regulations that impact marketing strategies.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, digital tools, and insights on prospects.
Event and Webinar Marketing:
- Promote virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, and product demonstrations via digital channels.
Qualifications:
- Have experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with healthcare professionals and patients.
