Iron Mountain seeks an experienced and very engaging Digital Solutions Sales Manager to provide customer-centric digital expertise for enterprises and the public sector. As the specialist overlay consultative sales of leading-edge, technology-led digital business process solutions, this is a key role of our Digital Business Unit. We seek a uniquely- talented individual with customer-obsessed consultative sales, living and breathing teamwork and collaboration every day.

If you are familiar with digital transformation and data management, you should be able to develop business by engaging your network to bring opportunities to the table, or support team mates and partners bring them to you.

If you have a background in the technology sector and are familiar with digitization services, intelligent document processing, information governance, cloud solutions, and more, this could be an ideal career choice.

  • Commercially savvy You qualify, engage and support end-to-end customer engagements, from pipeline creation, account planning, solution design, to bring deals to closure
  • Sell consultatively You assess customers current problems and potential resolutions leveraging digital solutions
  • Have a plan Put a winning plan together and implement business strategies through understanding customers needs
  • Eye for detail You have full oversight of customer engagements
  • Tell a good story You are an effective storyteller employing qualitative and quantitative content to enlighten customers
  • Listener You listen with well-honed analytic skills that you practice on the fly, with years of experience to draw from
  • Team player You work with Solution Architects to qualify and position digital solutions to solve customer problems
  • Negotiator You maximize profitability through negotiations
  • Communicator You influence business requirements and draft strong proposals to provide thought leadership
  • Plugged into the IT industry You've been in the IT industry and are well-connected to keep up with business developments and trends
  • Curious Your desire to learn and keep ahead of the rest

Is this You:

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level digital transformation solutions, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, automation, cloud migration, data management, information governance, content service platforms, AI / ML modeling, strategic account management, sales process and solution selling
  • Ability to translate the customer needs into solution requirements by creating compelling and high impact value propositions
  • Problem-solving with data-driven analysis to drive meaningful customer outcomes
  • Ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills and needs identification by aligning insights to customer priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and in-depth understanding of consultative sales methodologies
  • Exceed sales targets and maintain margins
  • Customer-obsessed mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen
  • Make decisions that impact teams across the region/world
  • Influence without authority

If this Sums You Up:

  • Digital transformation or data management domain knowledge
  • With a minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in large, complex services based organizations to executive-level buyer
  • Tertiary education from a recognized institution OR equivalent in professional experience in lieu of OR both
  • Proficient in Google Desktop and Salesforce
  • Team player, go getter, out of the box thinker, positive energy spreader who is reliable, excitable, stable and on the level
