AYANA Komodo is seeking an exceptional Director of Food and Beverage to oversee and elevate our dining experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all culinary offerings meet the high standards set forth by AYANA Hospitality. This role requires a visionary leader who can enhance guest satisfaction through innovative food and beverage strategies while achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Food and Beverage operations while aligning with the hotel's overall objectives
- Create and implement unique dining concepts that enhance the guest experience
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings adhere to quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize operational efficiency
- Continuously analyze guest feedback and market trends to introduce new offerings
- Oversee budget management and financial performance of Food and Beverage outlets
- Develop staff training programs to foster a culture of excellence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior Food and Beverage management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort
- Profound knowledge of food and beverage trends, with experience in menu development and cost control
- Proven track record of increasing profitability and managing budgets effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing the guest experience
- Evidence of successful project management and execution of unique food and beverage concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
