A large Indonesian group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Treasury Operations to join their team based in West Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to oversee and optimize the company's financial management, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury Operations, and overall revenue assurance.
About the Director of Treasury Operations position:
A wide range of day-to day responsibilities would include:
- Oversee the management of the AR function to ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and cash application
- Manage the company's treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize financing and investment opportunities.
- Ensure robust revenue assurance processes to protect the company's revenue streams and minimize financial risks.
- Analyse revenue streams and develop strategies to enhance revenue recognition and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management and the board of directors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across AR, Treasury, and Revenue Assurance functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury management.
Skills and experience needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of financial management, AR processes, treasury operations, and revenue assurance.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
