What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:
- Oversee all processes related to disputes and chargebacks, ensuring compliance with applicable SOPs.
- Provide and maintain account services for merchants, assist in resolving payment issues and disputes.
- Monitor and handle credit card disputes to recover funds for merchants according to the standards set by Visa and other partners.
- Identify and monitor suspicious transactions and take necessary preventive measures.
- Communicate and implement policies and mandates from partners such as Visa, Artajasa, and Prima.
What Is Required and What We're Looking For
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience in VISA/Mastercard dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical skills, leadership, creative and structured thinking, and strategic alignment.
