Establishing a strategy and action plan to improve service levels with both internal customers (KAM, CMM, Operations Team, SCM, Finance, & Parama) and external customers (account supply chain: Alfamart, Dandan, etc.)
Conducting an analysis of casefill performance (casefill loss tree & potential gaps)
Ensuring the customer order process runs smoothly using various tools & platforms available
Analyzing potential improvements in all processes within distribution planning (shipping goods to DC/RDC, fulfilling casefill, increasing service levels) to make them more effective and efficient
Managing baseline and stock models for both existing items and NPD in DC and National DC, as well as the phase-in/phase-out process
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented
Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Experience in the field of distribution/Supply Chain Management is highly preferred
