In this role, you'll become a strategic partner to our distributors, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to unlock new market opportunities and ensure seamless operations. You'll play a key role in driving sales excellence and building lasting relationships within the distribution network.
Your Opportunity
Excellence in Business Partner / Distribution Management:
- Manage all distributor relationships and activities to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance
- Oversee distributor onboarding, performance, transitions, and ensures clear communication.
Channel Development:
- Identify and evaluates new distribution channels for market expansion
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and optimizes distributor coverage.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor threats in the distribution landscape.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set and monitors distributor sales targets
- Develop pricing strategies and manages distributor margins
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless distribution and revenue generation.
Distributor Training / Distributor Academy:
- Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge and compliance
- Track and maintain training completion records.
Performance Metrics:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure distribution effectiveness
- Evaluate distributor due diligence ratings
Distributor Audits and Compliance:
- Assist with annual distributor audits and ensures follow-through on findings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work with internal teams to align distribution strategies with business goals
- Provide distributor feedback for marketing, service improvements, and inventory management
- Prepare reports on distributor performance, sales, market trends, and pricing
Who you are
- 3 years of experience in distribution channel management, sales, or a related field
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry and MNCs will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the distribution channel business
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and distribution strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Possess analytical skills to analyze key performance indicators and to understand business requirements
