BU (Business Unit) Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) helps clients in North America and Europe meet their regulatory compliance needs and manage critical communications to shareholders. We serve banks, brokers, mutual funds, retirement funds, and corporate issuers. Proxy mailings and vote processing account for a large portion of ICS; the industry relies on us for quarterly and annual meetings, disclosure communications, prospectus, and other financial communications, like tax reporting, to investors in equity securities and mutual funds. ProxyEdge®, our innovative electronic proxy delivery and voting solution for institutional investors, helps ensure the participation of stockholders of many companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
4-6 years of experience working on Dot Net, angular4+ and WebAPI implementation
Experience in developing Web APIs leveraging dot net frameworks and C#
Experience with JavaScript/AJAX/JQuery, Bootstrap & responsive UI, Angular Material UI
Experience with SQL Server or any other relational database systems.
Nice to have AWS cloud experience
Nice to have CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Terraforms
Nice to have experience with test/data driven development
Nice to have working knowledge with at least one of version of control tools: Perforce, GitLab, TFS or SCM
Flexible self-starter, who enjoys solving technical challenges and problems with proven social skills
Individual contributor with keen understanding of collaboration principles, with exposure to working with off-shore teams
Able to communicate with team lead and team members on a periodic basis regarding project timelines and deliverables
Proven analytical skills, especially in area of translating business requirements into technical design - with a continuous focus on aligning technical roadmap with the immediate and long-term Business strategy
Provide production coverage and assist Technical Support in resolving program issues
