We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Design Drafter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design residential, commercial and hospitality projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for turning creative concepts into precise, functional drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate CAD drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings and specifications based on feedback and revisions.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a drafter in the interior design or architectural field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Degree or certification in drafting, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
