Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at tanadewa Villas Nusa Dua. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
• Experience in customer service
