What will you do,

  • Design and develop marketing data pipelines using SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various marketing channels (Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven strategies to increase marketplace traffic, social media engagement, sales conversion, and ROAS
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance across all channels.
  • Create clear and compelling reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders across marketing and leadership teams.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including social media, design, brand, and PR, to ensure alignment across all digital channels.

What we looking for,

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with digital marketing data as a digital marketer or data analyst
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must
  • Experience working with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., data pipelines, data warehousing) is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads ).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ecommerce marketing challenges. You should be able to identify root causes of performance issues and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used to measure digital marketing success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both marketing and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
