Design and develop marketing data pipelines using SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various marketing channels (Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven strategies to increase marketplace traffic, social media engagement, sales conversion, and ROAS
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, understand customer behavior, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve performance across all channels.
Create clear and compelling reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders across marketing and leadership teams.
Analyze social media performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams, including social media, design, brand, and PR, to ensure alignment across all digital channels.
What we looking for,
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with digital marketing data as a digital marketer or data analyst
Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must
Experience working with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., data pipelines, data warehousing) is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads ).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on ecommerce marketing challenges. You should be able to identify root causes of performance issues and develop data-driven solutions.
Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used to measure digital marketing success.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both marketing and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
