Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related filed
Familiar with VHP
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience
Male or Female, attentive, strong leadership and able to working with other smoothly
Youngster and attractive. Friendly and having a cheerful-gesture
Well-known about business area and market segment in Jakarta area
Attentive, communicative, casual person and able to build good chemistry with the client
Good English, other language will be a consideration
Creative and up to date with digital tools
Up to date and having wide knowledge and engagement with third party e-commerce and online platformStrong Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role and Execellent problem solving abilities and ability to work 24/7 operations for hotel requirements
Responsibilities
To ensure that all daily transactions are keyed and updated into the computer
Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites
To assist in planning, organising and conducting training for the Reservations staffs
To co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department on the status of the reservations received.
