Proven work experience (1+ years) in managing e-commerce operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to generate reports for data analysis, reporting, and managing spreadsheets

Job descriptions:
Manage and update product listings, and ensure accurate product details (descriptions, images, pricing, etc) for all SATURDAYS online channels
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent stockouts
Handle order inquiries, cancellations, and returns
Coordinate with customer service team for any issue related to customer orders (complaints, returns, cancellations)
Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure prompt delivery and oversee the process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Generate daily sales report and performance for each channel
Assist in executing online campaigns: discount, vouchers, flash sale, etc
