Maintain supplier relation, product stability, customer complaint and proposed solution of any problem or anomalies in daily operations.
Develop, manage and do the optimization of promotional campaigns that align with customer behavior and business goals (banner, push notifications, etc).
Responsible for any ongoing project such as market research, product competitive research, and maintaining communication between partner and internal team.
Track business performance and conduct reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or any related fields with 3 years or more experience in e-commerce operations / campaign management / account management
Understand the e-commerce industry, familiar with daily operations, strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, and have the ability and experience to solve complex problems
Fluent in English * fluent in Mandarin would be preferrable
