Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos.
Monitor pricing strategies across platforms to ensure competitive pricing.
Collaborate with revenue management teams to update pricing dynamically based ondemand and market trends.
Manage inventory levels and room allocations in real-time.
Optimize listing content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on OTA searchresults.
Ensure consistent branding, correct formatting, and engaging descriptions.
Collaborate with photographers and designers for high-quality visual content.
Analyze the performance of listings across different platforms, including conversion rates, visibility, and revenue generation.
Generate regular reports to monitor sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers to maximize opportunities for promotions and marketing.
Address and resolve any listing or customer-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (such as flash sales, discounts, etc.) in coordination with OTAs to increase visibility and bookings.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online travel agencies (OTAs), or property management, especially within hospitality or villa management industries.
Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, and others.
Strong accuracy in handling listings, especially with pricing, booking policies, and descriptions, to prevent overbooking and errors.
Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS), channel managers, or OTA dashboard tools.
Good knowledge of basic Excel functions and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for reporting and record-keeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with OTA account managers, guests, and internal teams.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Ability to understand customer needs and create appealing listings that improve booking rates and guest satisfaction.
Proactive in troubleshooting listing issues, handling guest queries, and resolving booking conflicts efficiently.
Ability to manage multiple listings and adapt to frequent updates or changes in OTA algorithms or policies.
Ability to analyze performance metrics, track occupancy rates, and adjust listings to optimize bookings and revenue.
