The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business objective. Manage the e-commerce budget, including advertising spend and technology investments. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is often required
- A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, such as online marketplaces, content management systems (CMS), etc
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytics tools to measure and optimize e-commerce performance. This includes understanding key e commerce metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and average order value.
- E-commerce specialists should be comfortable using various e-commerce platforms, CMS, and other tools and be willing to learn new technologies as they evolve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for creating compelling product descriptions, managing customer interactions, and collaborating with the team.
