Assist in managing and optimizing the official stores on marketplaces, including uploading new products, adjusting pricing, and managing inventory levels.
Ensure product listings are optimized by regularly updating descriptions and images.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events on platforms.
Collaborate with the e-commerce lead and marketing team to prepare and upload digital assets for campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and report back with insights for future improvements.
Gather and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, campaign results, and customer insights.
Use platform analytics to monitor product performance and make suggestions for adjustments in real time.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address any marketplace-related customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist in improving the overall customer experience by analyzing reviews and feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
Help in managing advertising campaigns (e.g., sponsored products) on marketplace platforms.
Track advertising spend and performance to ensure campaigns are effective and within budget.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure that e-commerce strategies and tasks are aligned.
Provide regular updates to the e-commerce lead/manager on ongoing tasks, potential challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada, Zalora, & Blibli) Experience in home & living category is a plus
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with sales data and platform analytics.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive and able to take initiative in daily operations.
Team player with good communication skills, both internally and externally.
