You will...
- Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships. Achieve targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's online presence.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, Finance,..)
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners Own brand activations.
- Drive sales performance through improving brand visibility, e-Shop merchandising, Promotion Strategy, Content, Livestream, and other available in-platform tools.
- Lead Total Online Livestream Activation Manage in-platform promotion budget, Ensure compliance to P&L Guideline. Monitor Daily Online Sales Activity, Provide Insight on full eCom Metrics: GMV, PV, Items, ASP, Basket Size.
- Analyze Product Mix, Continuously Monitor Bundles & Trials Packs Performance Analyze In-Platform Media.
- Stay up to date with Latest in-platform feature.
- Execute multiple test & learn scenarios.
- Drive Collaboration & Operational Excellence.
- Ensure Compliance across ATP, Promotion and Visual Execution within platform.
You have
- Having 4-7 years working experience as E-KAM, preferably in FMCG and ecommerce platform
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in any major from top tier university
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Interested on beauty industry
- Has ability to seek new trends in e-commerce
