JOB PURPOSE
Drive Significantly Above Market Asias E-commerce Growth to serve 680M Asia consumers rapidly evolving needs in a highly digitalized world with best Bayer Solution
YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage overall in scope Emerging Social E-commerce Platform & HCP Vertical platforms: TikTok, Facebook, LineHallo Dr.to deliver Key Financial targets: sales target, market share, inventory by developing and implementing business operation plans within budget by complying the E-commerce strategy.
Customer relationship development & management. Identify right customer & distributor comply with the newly developed business model. Responsible for both sell-in target and sellout target delivery.
Channel expansion, Explore new business opportunity with expanding business to new platforms, new stores, new models with external partners to find new growth engine.
Accessing portfolio & new brand opportunity Lead from account owner perspective through new product launching, nurturing and incubator new brand in Ecommerce platforms.
Drive offtake development and business growth with relevant & effective operation plan with right conversion KPIs
Identify channel & Portfolio expansion opportunity. Explore new business opportunity with expanding business to new platforms, new stores, new models with external partners to find new growth engine.
Assessing market landscape, identify business opportunities, strategy& ideas to deliver the overall business objective; Demand forecast, sales plan, execution and review. Data mining and consumer understanding Deal with business data on different platforms to identify business trend, understand relevant markets and consumers to better develop both core and new brands
Key Working Relation: Asia Customer Teams, Marketing & Category Team, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory & Medical, Insight & Data Analytical
WHO YOU ARE
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Ecommerce or other related field. A master degree is a plus.
Experiences:
More than 5 years of experience in managing on line retail channels & stores (either Health care & or FMCG industry experiences is a MUST.)
Some Experience in working within emerging social e-commerce platforms is essential (e.g TikTok, Facebook, Line,Halodoc etc)
Deep understanding in optimizing distributor networks to ensure efficient operations and channel expansion
Experience working with data analytic tools and platforms (Google analytics, Tableau) for sounds decision making
Able to work idependently and effectively in a fast paced and changing environment
Experience working in cross-functional / regional context is a plus
Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new skills and methodologies
Having innovative mindset and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce
