By producing high-quality, durable goods from plant-based or recycled materials, we ensure that our products are not only beneficial for our customers but also for the environment.

What sets us apart is our commitment to creating a regenerative impact. With every product sold, we place trash river barriers, conduct global cleanups, and plant mangrove trees. We turn collected trash into high-quality products, embodying the principles of a circular economy. Our efforts also foster thriving communities by creating fair jobs and opportunities for local populations in developing countries. One of our flagship products, the bamboo towel, has achieved remarkable success, with over $628,000 raised on Kickstarter and 45,000+ towels delivered to 83 countries, transforming travel while supporting our ecological mission.

We are seeking a driven and creative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and supporting the company's overall growth objectives. The Head of Marketing will manage third-party agencies and freelancers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:

    Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy across all channels, including:
    • E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and paid media (Google, Facebook ads)
    • Crowdfunding platforms (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, WeFunder)
    • Wholesale distribution (products and materials)
    • Physical retail stores (Bali)
    • Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
    • Public relations and brand partnerships
  • Website Management:

    • Manage and maintain the company website (pangeamovement.com), including SEO and blog posts.
  • Content Creation:

    • Create compelling marketing materials and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Budget Management:

    • Oversee and manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Performance Analysis:

    • Analyze and report on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Onboard, lead, and manage a team of marketing professionals and agencies.
  • Industry Awareness:

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Sales Order Volume
    • Sales Revenue
    • Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
    • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)
    • Website Traffic
    • Conversion Rate

    Qualifications:

    • Willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
    • Open for any nationalities to work here.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, within the consumer goods and e-commerce industry; trade show and B2B experience preferred.
    • BA in Marketing or Business, ideally an MA in Digital Marketing.
    • Deep understanding of the US market; understanding of the EU market is a plus.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce and B2B.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, etc.).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team of in-house employees and outsourced agencies.
    • Ability to deliver projects on time, meet deadlines, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Data-driven and analytical approach to marketing.
    • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
