As a (Eco-Fashion Startup) Wholesale Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our products or services and your dedication to meeting customer needs will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Sales Funnel:
- Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Research and identify potential customers and market segments.
- Prepare and present proposals or quotes for customers.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales with a focus on profitability.
- Generate leads and opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events and conferences to discover new prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations as needed.
Sales Goals and Reporting:
- Set and work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Expected Outcomes:
Re-engage past B2B customers, focusing on key accounts.Identify and engage new B2B prospects for key categories.Assess current market opportunities and trends to develop a sales strategy for our key markets.Actively sell and achieve sales goals.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Qualifications:
- Willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
- Open for any nationalities to work here.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the outdoor gear and/or eyewear industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot).
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing sales environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluent/Advanced English speaker required.
- German and French language proficiency is a plus.
