Ecommerce Apps Manager

Job Desc :

1. Responsible full of business in Ultra Voucher Apps Platform

2. Achieve target Revenue, Profit, Active Users, New Users that contribute from Ultra Voucher Apps

3. Define Improvement of Ultra Voucher Apps, Roadmap, New Revenue Stream, New Business Model that increase Revenue and Profit in Ultra Voucher Apps

4. Engage with any potential Partners that will create more traction and growth in Ultra Voucher Apps

5. Collaborate with cross Department team to make sure all target & KPIs achieve, and

6. Always keep up to date and monitor competitor, substitute product of Ultra Voucher Apps, and adapt trends that fit with Ultra Voucher Apps business

Qualification:

• 8+ years of experience in handling online business from commercial business role.
• High capability on executing strong relationship with our ecommerce partners.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experienced in leading Online B2C business model through Online E-Commerce (Tiktok, Shopee, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market (and South East Asia market a plus)
• Strong business acumen and ability to devise business strategies and insights in understanding markets and positioning against competitors.
