Scope of Responsibilities
Engage multiple internal stakeholders, particularly Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to streamline eCommerce day-to-day operations.
Take an analytical and evidence-led approach in e-planning.
Own demand forecasting process and represent eCommerce in S&OP.
Maintain forward forecast by category segment at SKU level.
Ensure PO is released by customers and monitoring PO process in distributor level.
Lead data & insight for eCommerce channel by identifying sales opportunities, engage internal and external stakeholders to manage and automate repetitive tasks.
Ensure slow moving and aging stocks is absorbed by customer and manage stock reallocation between Distributors branch
Achieve full distribution of Galdermas portfolio of products in eCommerce channel.
Conduct negotiations and business review/meetings with distributors, customers, and online platforms by sharing rapport and obtaining market insights.
Ensure all administrations is documented in distributors, customers, or online platforms.
Conduct and leading eCommerce weekly meeting.
Responsible to manage and distribute free goods or FoC and analyze promotional effectiveness.
Liaise with Supply Chain and Finance for forecasting and return assessment related processes.
Monitor eCommerce inventory levels of customers and anticipate & correct shortfalls.
Monitor and ensure stock is listed and active at marketplace according to customers stock condition.
Manage and develop third-party tasks and effectiveness, ensure that a high professional standard is achieved.
Adherence to Galderma Code of ethics and HCP Compliance standards & RA/QA/PV/MA policy.
Assist in ad-hoc projects, as and when required.
Requirement :
Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods or Online platforms managing online beauty or personal care products as sales planning or data analyst.
Minimum bachelors degree in any majors.
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
