Responsibilities
- Draw up and execute E-commerce sales and marketing plans in negotiation with online marketplaces and channel partners, considering A&P budget and P&L to achieve profitability and sales growth goals.
- Research on competitors, market trends, and opportunities within the top e-commerce platforms.
- Identifying key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.
- Actively maintain the E-commerce site by performing spot checks and liaising with the merchandising team on product preparation (launches/deactivation, product descriptions).
- Generate monthly reports by analyzing day-to-day e-commerce performance.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising and operational plans that drive category performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven min. 2 years experience as E-commerce Officer or similar role.
- Passionate, creative, and innovative in creating promotions on all active e-commerce platforms.
- Having strong knowledge and familiarity with multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Having the ability to work with a team to meet the deadlines
- Staying up-to-date with current trends is a must
- Experience handling fitness and health brand promotion on social media is an advantage.
- Able to do full WFO at Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
