Strategize, plan, execute and maintain Online sales performance across all marketplaces
Liase and maintain relationship with Marketplace PICs, negotiate and secure best exposures based on campaign or seasonality
Create stock projections monthly to ensure healthy level of stock and assortment
Analyze market trends regularly and develop plans to help boost sales & brand awareness across all e-commerce platforms
Maintain daily operations and fulfillment of orders low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into brands short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
Maintain Paid Marketing performances and return of investment across all e-commerce marketplaces (e.g: Shopee Ads, Tokopedia ads, Tiktok, Lazada, etc.)
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
3 until 5 years of experience in e-commerce; direct experience in kids fashion preferred
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill
Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
