The goal is to provide gentlemen with a hassle-free experience by offering all necessary grooming services in one place. With 14 strategically placed branches in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bali, Marco's aim is to provide clients with a five-star experience and help them look their best.

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for e-commerce and a proven track record of managing online sales channels, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage andoptimiseour presence on Tokopedia, Shopee, Instagram Shopping, TikTok, and our website.

Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales on these platforms.

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across the mentioned platforms.

Monitor andanalyseperformance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and online advertising.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field.

Proven experience managing E-Commerce Platforms, Instagram Shopping, TikTok.

Experience in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns.

Ideally, a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bonus Experience:

Experience specifically in e-commerce is highly desirable.

Open to candidates with experience in other related fields as well.
