Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace/E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management:
Manage and optimize product listings on major e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, etc.).
Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search and conversion.
E-commerce Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Identify and implement new opportunities for e-commerce expansion.Customer Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all online channels.
Manage customer reviews and feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Performance Analytics:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Provide regular reports to senior management on e-commerce performance and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
Proven track record of driving sales growth on e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Proficient in using e-commerce tools and platforms.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
