Job Description:- Oversee and manage the companys online presence across all OTA platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and reservations.
- Update and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on all online channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure villas are prepared and ready for guest arrivals.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
- Generate regular reports on reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in online booking systems.
- Have an experience in e-commerce, reservations, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and guest information.
