Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at Exotic Bali Properties.

This role includes managing online sales channels, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of software systems such as Channel Manager and Property Management System (PMS), and delivering exceptional customer service. The specialist will also analyze market trends and sales revenue to identify opportunities for growth, create data-driven strategies to boost online performance, and improve internal and external communication processes to enhance overall company effectiveness.
