Education Consultant
General Description
An Education Consultant is responsible for providing guidance, advice, and expertise to customers, offering and selling a range of services tailored to the needs of the customers. The Education Consultant will conduct an in-depth analysis of data sets, target markets, and sales metrics to develop comprehensive sales tools. The Education Consultant possesses knowledge about various aspects of the education system, including curriculum development, educational technology, teaching methods, school administration, and club admissions.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assessment and Analysis: Conducting a thorough analysis of the customer's current sales processes, strategies, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Strategy Development: Collaborating with club manager and club team to develop customized sales strategies and action plans designed to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamlining and optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and students, club team Kiddo Indonesia team, and industry contacts to facilitate collaboration, referrals, and repeat business.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance against established goals and benchmarks, and providing regular reports and updates to club manager on key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative sales techniques, and incorporating these insights into customers recommendations and strategies.
