Position: Education Counselor [Student Recruitment Specialist]

Job Description:

As a education consultation, you will be responsible for attracting new prospective students to apply and enroll at our partner institutions overseas. You will play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with prospective students and partner institutions, and guiding students through the admissions process, finding accommodation, student visa applications, pre-departure briefing, etc to ensure a seamless enrollment journey towards their future.

What You Will Do:

Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, Whatsapp, and email, providing accurate and timely information with excellent manners and professionalism about study overseas

Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process including handling their documents, offering personalized support and assistance as needed

Maintain a long term relationship with new and existing students and parents to generate referrals

Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional contents in social media channels such as Instagram and Tiktok

Support company's recruitment events, including attending fairs and exhibitions, conduct presentations, information sessions, webinars to prospective students and their families.

Achieve personal and team sales target

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in hospitality or any major from reputable university

Minimum 1 year experience in sales and marketing industry, preferably in education sector

Fresh graduates, who are willing to learn, are welcome to apply

Proficient in English, including excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Good literary in computer and CRM systems

Strong passion for sales, positive mindset and a team player

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
