Position Overview
As an Education Sales Consultant, you'll be key in guiding young people toward achieving their dreams by joining our programs. In this role, you'll connect with interested leads, offer tailored options to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. You'll interact with a variety of audiences, including students, parents, teachers, school/university representatives, and even government organizations. This role involves using a time-tracker application to help us stay organized and focused during work hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert: Connect with leads via WhatsApp, email, calls, and live Zoom meetings, helping them take the next step toward joining our programs.
- Upsell: Offer personalized options to suit each customer's needs, enhancing their experience and building lasting connections.
- Deliver Great Service: Combine your sales skills with excellent customer support to keep satisfaction and retention high, engaging with a range of audiences from students to government representatives.
- Quick Response: Stay responsive across all channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, email, and calls), ensuring replies within 1 hour during business hours.
- Urgent Inquiries: Handle urgent sales inquiries as needed, even outside of regular office hours or on non-working days, as part of a sales-oriented role.
- Smooth Onboarding: Guide new participants through an efficient onboarding process, including assisting them with any necessary administrative preparations, and aiming to complete onboarding within 14 days.
- Follow the Process: Stick to all procedures accurately, with minimal errors, to keep things running smoothly.
- Share Feedback: Provide daily feedback on how we can make things better, helping the team stay efficient and adaptable.
Requirements
- Strong skills in both spoken and written English
- High motivation and target-oriented mindset, with a strong level of discipline.
- Integrity, accountability, and honesty.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, email, and remote work tools.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled at handling objections and making effective sales pitches.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to improving processes.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
