Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
Develop and implement programs to manage waste, pollution, and emissions.
Monitor environmental performance and recommend improvements.
Identify workplace hazards and assess risks to health and safety.
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Provide safety training and promote awareness of safe work practices.
Stay updated on environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports, permits, and documentation.
Develop and deliver training programs on environmental, health, and safety topics.
Train employees on safety procedures, hazard recognition, and emergency response.
Promote a culture of safety and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.
Collaborate with management, engineers, and employees to implement EHS programs.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
SHO certified, CepSWaM Certified.
Candidates more than 3 years of experience will be an advantage.
Proven experience in EHS management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., PA, OSHA), safety standards, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in EHS software tools and systems is a plus.
Able to travel to China for 3-6 months training.
Able to speak, read, write in Mandarin.
